The event on the occasion of the presentation of the new Samsung Galaxy Note 9, dedicated to the 140 Top Samsung clients in Italy, took place at the beautiful Lago di Como at the Casta Diva Hotel & Resort. The event was planned and managed entirely by Gruppo Peroni Eventi.
The experience acquired over the years and the collaboration with multinational firms in both Italy and abroad allowed Eventually to take on an important role in the promotional initiatives and events for the firms. Receiving several awards at the Best Event Award, Gruppo Peroni Eventi was placed on the shortlist for the memorable event organised on the launch of the Galaxy Note 8 for Samsung, titled “A Bigger Show”.
With the event “Samsung Galaxy Note 9 – Launch Event”, the agency has again demonstrated its ability to satisfy its client's needs and create unique guests' unique experiences.
The choice of the location, the exclusive resort at the banks of the Lario, was a key element in the project that was able to offer the guests a moment of delicate luxury surrounded by an evocative landscape. The guests invited were received at the prestigious institution in the afternoon by a welcome coffee, followed by a get-to-know-each-other moment in the conference room. In the conference room, the guests had the possibility to test the new products under the guidance of specialised trainers. At the same time, two speakers provided talks to teach the various characteristics and innovation of the new Samsung Note 9: the president Carlo Barlocco and the Marketing and Sales Director IM Nicolò Bellorini.
After the meeting, the guests had the opportunity to admire the heart of the location: the garden, where the aperitif and the gala dinner took place. The dinner was accompanied by the music sung by Vhelade and her live band, and the stage was set up to highlight the natural setting of the place by integrating both natural and technological elements.
The most crucial moment of the evening was left to the dynamic and luminous performance by Kinetik light, realised with RGB spheres that moved on a screen. Like shining planets, the spheres accompanied the dancers' performance that interacted with the lights, creating moments rich in visual suggestion.
