CAMBIAMO MARCIA – evento agenti 2019
“Cambiamo Marcia” is an event written, produced and completely managed by Gruppo Peroni Eventi, which led to the addition of the prestigious Swiss insurance to the agency’s client portfolio. Passion, acceleration, teamwork innovation, instruments and performance are the keywords for Zurich’s insurance agents in 2019, and this was the starting point for the conception of the Agent’s Event in 2019, titled “Cambiamo Marcia”- “Let’s change gears”, entirely conceived, planned, and managed by Gruppo Peroni Eventi, and which saw the participation of 750 guests from all over Italy.
The setting was created in the spaces of Superstudio Milano, a modern and polyfunctional location, that is both open and flexible, which allowed to create a setting with a strong scenographic impact, and to have areas with different uses to host the various activities of the day: registration, welcome coffee, plenary, lunchtime and expo area. The personalized entrance with projections and LED welcomed visitors in the morning at the Welcome Desk for digital registration and wardrobe, in the gallery area, on the other hand, a welcome coffee was offered, and in the central point area the plenary was set up. The latter stood out with its scenographic effect: a stage with a length of 35 metres with a big central screen, flanked by two more screens on the right and on the left, all of which was conceptually punctuated by the two 3-D logos of Zurich which gave a perspective harmony to the protagonists on stage.
The explicit implementation of the concept “cambiamo marcia” was realised by content created from scratch for the event. After the welcome, the emotional video, the teaser of the day, was projected on the main screen on the stage. It was then the turn of moderator Carlo Massarini, who knowingly directed the various institutional moments such as talks, one on one discussions, and panel discussions, with additional contributions by guest speaker Luigi Mazzola and surprise guest Cristiano Militello from the popular television series “Striscia la Notizia”. The expo area was spread out in the four corners of the Daylight room with an installation as the central point from where visitors were directed to the various interactive areas equipped with touch screens for real-time navigation and content accessible via QR from the guests’ devices.
